Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. Account Registration & Verification
Each individual may hold only one registered account on tk10c. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or by error — are a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact [email protected] immediately to request consolidation.
Registration Information
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. Material changes — such as a change of address or contact number — must be updated via the account settings panel or notified to our support team without undue delay.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk10c recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

All deposits and withdrawals on tk10c are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to player balances, and no foreign exchange fee is charged on any transaction. Deposits

Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Refused or Reversed Transactions

In such cases, the relevant funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions
tk10c offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where any conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general conditions, the specific offer's terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotional terms for that offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus; any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account at the expiry of the validity period.
Bonus Eligibility

Free Spins
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the promotional terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated for the relevant promotion. Free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire without replacement.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances:

- The bet was placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error in the odds feed
- The bet was placed on a market that was offered in error
- Evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation is identified in relation to the relevant event

Errors and Malfunctions

Prohibited Conduct

- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
- Money Laundering: Using the tk10c platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. tk10c has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, bonus terms, or odds errors for guaranteed profit without genuine risk.
- Collusion: Working with other players, affiliates, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or collectively exploit the platform.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games on your behalf without explicit authorisation from tk10c.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first raising the dispute with tk10c support. Unauthorised chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and the amount will be treated as a debt owed to tk10c.
- Hacking and Security Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the tk10c platform, including other player accounts, internal systems, or the game servers.
- Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any other person to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
tk10c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Discovery of duplicate accounts held by the same individual
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your tk10c account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your primary payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. tk10c will notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to classifying the account as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after a 30-day notice period, deducted from the remaining account balance. Self-Exclusion

Severability
